Lesson / Class Policies (Effective September 2022)

Tuition

  • Tuition is paid monthly.  A valid method of payment must be provided to the school at the time of enrollment.

  • Notices are sent on 25th day of each month for the following month's tuition.

​​

  • Tuition is due and payments will be processed by the 28th of the month.  Receipt for payment will be sent to the email address on file.

​​

  • All tuition payments are 100% non-refundable.  Any unused lessons in the month of un-enrollment are forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

  • Students are required to attend weekly lessons on their scheduled day and time for each semester.. Three (3) or more cancellations by a student in a 30 day period may result in losing their designated lesson time for the remainder of the semester.

  • Lessons must be cancelled at least 24hrs prior to a scheduled lesson in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.  Makeup lessons are valid for 45 days from the date of the missed lesson.

  • It is the student’s responsibility to schedule make-up lessons with their instructor within (7) days of the date of the missed lesson.

​​

  • If the student does not schedule a make-up lesson in the eligible time allowed, the lesson will be forfeited.  If the student misses the scheduled make-up lesson, it will be forfeited.

​​

  • Same day cancellations by students are subject to be forfeited.  This will be determined on a case by case basis, along with the availability of an instructor's schedule to offer a make-up and will be valid for 7 days.

​​

  • Any No-Show /No Cancellation by a student  for a scheduled lesson is not eligible for a make-up lesson and will be forfeited.

​​

  • In the event an instructor must cancel a lesson, the instructor will offer the student a make-up lesson within the eligible 45 days.  If the times offered by the instructor do not accommodate the schedule of the student, that lesson will be credited to the following month's tuition.
